The free tier is free forever. No payment, no refund needed.
Pro is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.
If you were charged in error or experienced a significant service outage, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
To request a refund, email billing@streamerfriend.com with your account email and the reason for your request.
Go to your account settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your access remains active until the end of the billing period.
